摘要
目的:评估深圳市综合医院空间分布均衡性和可达性,为优化区域医疗资源配置和改善卫生服务可及性提供科学决策依据。方法:利用核密度、泰森多边形和网络分析方法,对2020年深圳市85所综合医院空间分布特征、承载力和空间可达性进行评价。结果:深圳市综合医院总体分布呈现中部区域聚集、周边匮乏的两极化特征;综合医院整体负荷较大,70(82.35%)所承载力系数高于1,然而模拟计算出的承载力系数高的综合医院中有部分医院实际诊疗量较低;此外,综合医院和公立综合医院15分钟车程覆盖率分别为80.31%和76.43%,即使在综合医院覆盖较好的区域仍存在无法及时就医的建设用地。结论:深圳市综合医院空间布局存在不均衡现状,空间可达性有待提高,未来应优化现有医疗资源空间布局,以提高深圳市医疗资源配置整体效能和服务水平。
Objective:To assess the spatial distribution and accessibility of Shenzhen’s general hospitals,and to provide a scientific basis for decision-making on optimizing the medical resource allocation and improving the access to medical services.Methods:Evaluation of the spatial distribution characteristics,carrying capacity,and spatial accessibility of 85 general hospitals in Shenzhen in 2020 using kernel density,Tyson polygon,and network analysis methods.Results:The overall distribution of general hospitals in Shenzhen shows a polarized characteristic,which is concentrated in the central region and deficient in the surrounding areas;The overall load of general hospitals is high,and 70(82.35%)general hospitals have a carrying capacity coefficient greater than 1,however,some general hospitals that with high carrying capacity coefficients actually have a low number of patients’clinical visits and hospitalization;The 15-minutes medical service coverage rate for general hospitals and public general hospitals are 80.31%and 76.43%,respectively,even in areas with good coverage of general hospitals,there are still building sites that cannot be accessed in a timely manner.Conclusion:The spatial distribution of general hospitals in Shenzhen is uneven,and spatial accessibility needs to be improved.In the future,the spatial layout of existing medical resources should be optimized in order to improve the overall effectiveness and service level of medical resource allocation in Shenzhen.
