高频红外吸收法测定铁矿石中硫含量的研究

摘要 由于铁矿石的品质差异直接决定着高炉的经济效益,这就使得长期以来铁矿石中的硫含量检测始终受到学界的高度关注。基于此,本文就铁矿石中硫的检测方法比较展开分析,并对高频红外碳硫分析仪对铁矿石中不同含量的硫的测定进行了分析,通过对传统助熔剂与多元复合助熔剂的结果对比、样品称样量及分析时间与截止电平的选择等试验,确定方法的最佳分析参数,此方法符合铁矿石国家标准检测要求。 Since the quality difference of iron ore directly determines the economic benefit of blast furnace,the sulfur content detection in iron ore has been highly concerned by the academic community for a long time.Based on this,this paper analyzes the comparison of detection methods of sulfur in iron ore,and analyzes the determination of sulfur in iron ore with different content by high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer.Through the comparison of results between traditional flux and multi-component composite flux,the selection of sample weight,analysis time and cut-off level,and other tests,the best analysis parameters of the method are determined.This method meets the requirements of national standard detection of iron ore.
