摘要 通过高频感应燃烧-红外线吸收光谱法对铁矿石中硫含量进行测定,讨论了坩埚的灼烧处理对空白值的影响,以及样品的制备、称样量、助熔剂的选择、助熔剂的加入量与加入顺序及比较器水平与分析时间对测定结果准确度的影响,发现灼烧坩埚时升温速率为10℃/min,升温至1100℃,保温4h时空白试验值最佳,通过试验确定试样制备粒度为不大于0.15mm、称样量为0.10~0.25g、以钨-锡(8:2)及高纯铁作为联合助熔剂、钨-锡助熔剂加入量约1.0g,高纯铁约0.85g、比较器水平为5及分析时间45s,选择四种铁矿石标准物质进行精密度试验(n=8),标样认定值与测定结果间的绝对误差及标准偏差值满足GB/T6730.61-2005标准规定的要求,适合测定各种铁矿石中0.0080%~4.00%之间的硫的测定。 By determining the sulfur content in iron ore by high frequency induction combustion and infrared absorption spectrometry,the effect of crucible cauterization on blank value is discussed,together with sample preparation,sample quantity,flux selection,influence of flux addition amount and order,comparator level and analysis time on determination results.Burning crucible,when heating rate is 10℃/min,up to 1100℃ and the insulation is kept for 4h,the blank value and standard deviation value are the best when.Through the test,the particle size of the sample is determined to be no larger than 0.15mm,weight of the sample is 0.10~0.25g,and the flux is tungsten-tin mixed in a ratio of(8:2),adding appropriate high purity iron as a combined flux.The additional amount is about 1.0g of tungsten-tin flux,the high purity iron is about 0.85g,the comparator level is 5 and the analysis time is 45s.Four iron ore standard substances were selected for precision test(n=8).The absolute error and standard deviation between the standard sample identification value and the measurement result meet the requirements of GB/T6730.61-2005 standard and is suitable for the determination of sulfur between 0.0080%~4.00% in various iron ores.
