ER70S-6X中痕量Sn和Zr元素分析方法的研究与应用

摘要 针对ER70S-6X焊丝钢在焊接过程飞溅较大及成型差的问题,在ARL4460光谱仪中进行了Sn元素分析稳定性研究及建立痕量Zr元素检测方法的研究。通过实验,确定出最佳分析参数及标样选择,确立了单点标准化曲线的建立及背景、干扰的消除方法,该方法不仅准确度好、精确度高而且可以满足客户特殊工艺要求,为开辟高端客户提供技术支持。 Aiming at the problems of large spatter and poor forming of ER70S-6X welding wire steel in the welding process, this paper introduces the study of the stability of Sn element analysis in the ARL4460 spectrometer and the study of establishing trace Zr element detection method. Through experiments, the best analytical parameters and sample selection are determined, and the establishment of a single point of standardized curve and the elimination of background and interference are established, which not only has good accuracy, high accuracy but also can meet the special process requirements of customers, and provide technical support for high-end customers.
