摘要
以木香籽为原料,采用压榨法提取木香籽油,分析木香籽油的理化性质和脂肪酸组成,并对其营养价值进行综合评价。结果表明:木香籽油的酸价13.73 KOH mg/g、过氧化值0.06 g/100 g、皂化值174.38 KOH mg/g、碘值143.61 g/100 g、水分及挥发物含量0.13%、相对密度0.89 g/mL;木香籽油中主要含有12种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量为89.09%,以亚油酸和油酸为主,含量分别为72.90%和15.80%,是1种具有较高营养价值的保健用油。
The oil was extracted from Aucklandia lappa Decne.seed by pressing method.The physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition of the oil were analyzed,and its nutritional value was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the acid value of the oil was 13.73 KOH mg/g,the peroxide value was 0.06 g/100 g,the saponification value was 174.38 KOH mg/g,the iodine value was 143.61 g/100 g,the content of water and volatile matter was 0.13%,and the relative density was 0.89 g/mL.There were mainly 12 kinds of fatty acids in the oil,the content of unsaturated fatty acid was 89.09%,mainly linoleic acid and oleic acid,the content was 72.90% and 15.80% respectively,which was a kind of health care oil with high nutritional value.
