摘要
研究云南3个不同产地怒江贡山县、文山马关县、红河金平县草果籽油的脂肪酸组成。采用索氏提取法,以正己烷为溶剂提取草果籽油,草果籽油甲酯化后,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪和气相色谱仪对草果籽油脂肪酸组成进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:从3个不同产地的草果籽油中共检出18种脂肪酸,主要包括棕榈酸(15.69%)、硬脂酸(2.06%)、木蜡酸(0.75%)、花生酸(0.64%)等9种饱和脂肪酸,油酸(61.63%)、亚油酸(9.04%)、(Z)-7-十六烯酸(1.53%)、顺式-11-二十碳烯酸(1.03%)等9种不饱和脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量达73.70%。此外,从草果籽油中还检测到少量的豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、角鲨烯和生育酚等成分。
The fatty acids profiles of Amomum tsao-ko oil from three different place of production in Yunnan(Gongshan,Maguan,Jinping)were investigated.With n-hexane as solvent,Amomum tsao-ko oil from three different place of production in Yunnan was extracted by Soxhlet extraction.After acid methyl esterification,the composition of Amomum tsao-ko seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and gas chromatography(GC),respectively.The results showed that 18 fatty acids were found in Amomum tsao-ko seed oils from three different place of production in Yunnan including 9 saturated fatty acids and 9 unsaturated fatty acids.Saturated fatty acids mainly included palmitic acid(15.69%),stearic acid(2.06%),tetracosanoic acid(0.75%),eicosanoic acid(0.64%)and unsaturated fatty acids mainly included oleic acid(61.63%),linoleic acid(9.04%),(Z)-7-Hexadecenoic acid(1.53%),cis-11-Eicosenoic acid(1.03%),among which the content of unsaturated fatty acids of Amomum tsao-ko seed oil was reached 73.70%.In addition,Stigmasterol,β-sitosterol,squalene and tocopherol were detected inAmomum tsao-ko seed oil.This study provides a reference for the comprehensive utilization and in-depth development of tsao-ko amomum seeds in the future.
