摘要
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)联合电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)法对云南草果中的Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn等元素的含量进行了测定,结果显示该方法快速准确、灵敏度高,完全可以满足样品中的元素测定要求。在所测定的24种元素之中,含量最高为K,可达24980μg/g,其次为Ca(3910μg/g),Mg(3605μg/g),而Be最少,仅0.001μg/g。
The contents of elements such as Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn in Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire from Yunnan were determined by using ICP-MS and ICP-AES technique after microwave digestion. The analytical results indicated the method was applied to the determination of elements in the sample with good accuracy,rapid and sensitive. The content of 24 elements in Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire K was in highest, amounting to 24980 μg/g, followed by Ca (3910 μg/g), Mg(3605 μg/g), and Be minimum, only 0. 001μ/g.
