摘要
目的 整理江苏省2011—2018年医疗卫生资源配置数据,对不同地(市)及区域资源集聚度、公平性、配置效率进行分析,为医疗卫生资源的优化配置及后续研究打下基础。方法 采用集聚度及基尼系数分析资源配置公平性,借助数据包络分析方法分析不同年份各地(市)资源配置效率。结果 江苏省各区域卫生资源集聚度、公平性、配置效率呈现逐年优化趋势。结论 江苏省应注重地区间的资源配置,在增加相关规模投入的同时注重技术效率的提升,整合内部资源,不断提高资源配置效率,提高地区核心竞争力。
ObjectiveTo collect the data of medical and health resources allocation in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to2018, analyze the degree of resource agglomeration, fairness and allocation efficiency of different cities and regions, and lay foundation for further research and optimal allocation of medical and health resources.MethodsThe resource allocation fairness was analyzed by agglomeration degree and Gini coefficient, and the resource allocation efficiency of different cities in different years was analyzed by Data Envelopment Analysis method.ResultsThe concentration,fairness and allocation efficiency of health resources in all regions of Jiangsu Province improved year by year.ConclusionJiangsu Province should pay attention to the allocation of resources among regions, increase the investment of related scale, improve the technical efficiency, integrate internal resources, continuously improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and promote the core competitiveness of the region.
