摘要
为适应知识融合与科学技术发展的需要,学科合作程度越来越深,跨学科给地方高校二级学院学术治理带来巨大挑战。从理论背景和现实问题出发,以访谈和观察为研究方法深入分析地方高校二级学院跨学科学术治理困境。跨学科发展下地方高校二级学院以追求学科短期生存为目标,学科交叉融合动力缺失、学术机制壁垒与学术制度固化、学术主体单一且参与度低、学术文化同质且局限化。面对跨学科综合性、开放性和包容性特征,地方高校二级学院探索基层学术治理路径:一是转变知识生产观念,促进学科交叉融合发展;二是布局顶层设计,构建弹性动态化的学术机制;三是增强组织凝聚力,提高多元学术主体参与度;四是优化学科环境,营造异质包容的学术文化。
In order to meet the needs of knowledge integration and the development of science and technology, the degree of discipline cooperation is getting deeper and deeper, which brings great challenges to the academic governance of secondary colleges in local universities. Based on the theoretical background and practical problems, this paper analyzes academic governance dilemma of secondary colleges by means of interviews and observations. Under the interdisciplinary development, local secondary colleges regard discipline’s short-term survival as the goal;the motivation of interdisciplinary integration is insufficient;the original academic mechanism is closed and fixed;academic single subject holds low participation and discipline construction enthusiasm is not high;the development of interdisciplinary integration lacks an open and free academic environment. Facing a comprehensive, open and inclusive knowledge production environment, secondary colleges of local universities explore the path of grassroots academic governance: change the concept of knowledge production and promote the integrated development of disciplines;focus on top-level design;construct elastic dynamic academic mechanism;enhance organizational cohesive power;improve multiple academic subject participation;optimize discipline environment;create a heterogeneous and inclusive academic culture.
