摘要
技能型社会对新生的本科层次职业院校的功能提出了新要求和新挑战。然而,本科层次职业院校在高层次技术技能型人才培养、技能科研创新与成果转化、技能文化传承创新等方面存在职责不清、认知不明等问题,亟需依据技能型社会的需求重新审视自身功能定位,确立以就业为导向,培养高层次技术技能型人才;以创新转化技能科研成果为导向,致力技能科学研究;以全面崇尚技能文化为导向,传承创新技能文化的功能定位。本科层次职业院校可通过深化产教融合育人机制、建设技能创新转化科研服务平台、举办技能竞赛和技能文化节等途径实现自身的可持续发展。
The skilled society has put forward new requirements and challenges to the functions of the new undergraduate vocational colleges.However,the undergraduate level vocational colleges have problems such as unclear responsibilities and unclear cognition in the training of high-level technical talents,skill scientific research innovation and achievement transformation,skill culture inheritance and innovation,etc.We need to re-examine their functional positioning according to the needs of the skilled society,establish an employment-oriented training of high-level technical talents.Oriented by innovation and transformation of technical research results,we are committed to technical scientific research;Guided by comprehensively advocating skill culture,we inherit and innovate the functional orientation of skill culture.Vocational colleges at the undergraduate level can realize their own sustainable development by deepening the mechanism of integrating production and education,building the service platform of skill innovation and transformation,and holding skill competitions and skill culture festivals.
