摘要
现阶段,肺炎主要是指由病原体、免疫损伤等因素导致的肺部感染,其具有发病率高、死亡率高等特点,且已成为了一项全社会正在面临的主要卫生与经济问题。临床通过准确诊断,并及时予以对症治疗,可有助于改善患者预后。随着近年来超声医学的迅速发展,其已成为了临床中较为常用的一种影像学检查手段,尤其是在胸膜、肺部疾病等管理中应用。近几年,肺部超声用于临床诊断肺炎已受到了越来越多的关注,基于此,本文就肺部超声在肺炎诊断中的临床应用及研究现状进行展开综述,旨在为肺炎的诊断及预后提供新的检测手段。
At this stage,pneumonia mainly refers to lung infection caused by pathogens and immune damage,which is characterized by high morbidity and mortality.It has become a major health and economic problem that the whole society is facing.Accurate clinical diagnosis and timely symptomatic treatment can help improve the prognosis of patients.With the rapid development of ultrasound medicine in recent years,it has become a more common imaging tool in clinical practice.It is especially used in the management of pleural and pulmonary diseases.In recent years,the use of lung ultrasound for clinical diagnosis of pneumonia has received more and more attention.Based on this paper,we review the clinical application and research status of pulmonary ultrasound in the diagnosis of pneumonia,to provide a new detection tool for the diagnosis and prognosis of pneumonia.
