The research progress of ultrasound in the diagnosis and therapy of acute pulmonary injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acuterespiratorydis—tresssyndrome,ARDS)是一组病因复杂、起病急骤、发展迅猛、病死率高达30%~70%^[1-2]的临床综合征。急性肺损伤(acutelunginjury,ALI)是ARDS的早期阶段。目前,临床上仍主要以动脉血气分析、胸部x线/cT。 Summary Acute lung injury/Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ALI/ARDS) is a common critical disease with a high mortality rate. Effective diagnostic methods and therapy are still rely on the arterial blood-gas analysis, chest X-ray/computed tomography(CT),mechanical ventilation and drug. The study on ALI/ARDS in early diag- nosis, evaluating severity and drug therapy are the main direction of Critical Care Medicine. The rapid development of ultrasound brought lots of new ideas and options for diagnosis and therapy and achieved positive effects in basic and clinical studies on ALI/ARDS. This article outlines the recent advances of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and therapy of AI.I/ARDS.
