摘要
介绍重症医学科在新型冠状病毒肺炎防控中护士长的应急管理策略,从合理调配人力资源、妥善管理防护用品、认真组织学习培训、修订科室制度及流程、加强患者及陪护人员管理、提供社会支持等方面出发,取得一定成效,为抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情及医院全面复工提供参考。
This study summarizes prevention and control measures of head nurses during the coronavirus disease2019 period. Through reasonable allocation of resources,proper management of protective equipment,conscientious organization of learning and training,revision of regulations and work process,strict management of patients and accompanies,provision social support,the ward effectively prevented the spread and infection of the epidemic in the hospital. The study aimed to provide reference for coronavirus disease 2019 and hospital comprehensive rehabilitation.
