摘要
目的了解临床实习护生对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认知现状,分析影响其对该病认知的影响因素,为提高护生对新型冠状病毒肺炎认知及抗击疫情提供参考。方法采取自编问卷的形式,通过"问卷星"网络小程序对某医院的872名临床实习护生进行横断面调查。结果临床实习护生的新型冠状病毒肺炎知信行总分为(63.46±3.72)分,总分得分率为92.0%,处于优秀水平。其中,知识维度为(19.02±3.17)分,得分率为79.2%,处于中等水平;态度维度为(19.60±0.99)分,得分率98%,处于优秀水平;行为维度为(24.83±0.86)分,得分率为99.3%,处于优秀水平。不同入学前户口所在地的护生知识及态度维度得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。知识与态度、知识与行为、行为与态度均分别呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论临床实习护生新型冠状病毒肺炎知识水平亟待提高,态度积极,行为正确、得当。作为一名临床实习护生,仍需加强对新型冠状病毒肺炎知识的了解,进而完善对待疾病的态度,规范应对疾病的行为。
Objective To explor clinical intern nursing students’ knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors toward the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and to analyze the factors affecting their cognition of this disease. Methods A self-designed internet-based questionnaire was delivered to the clinical intern nursing students working at Hospital. Results 872 clinical intern nursing students completed the questionnaires. The scores of knowledge,attitudes,and behavior were 19.02±3.17,19.60±0.99 and 24.83±0.86,respectively,and the total score was 63.46±3.72. Knowledge scores were significantly different among clinical intern nursing students with different home addresses(P <0.05). The attitudes were also associated with their home addresses(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical intern nursing students have a middle level of knowledge on the COVID-19,so they need learn more about this pneumonia. But their attitudes and behaviors towards the COVID-19 are at a high level.
