摘要
主动抗凝冰技术的应用对冬季路面的冰雪灾害起到了良好的预防作用。蓄盐类集料抗凝冰剂作为主动抗凝冰添加剂的主要形式之一,由于其粒径较大,会对沥青混合料级配造成波动性影响。宁夏地区的高等级公路常用的石料红砂岩级配偏粗,受到的影响会更大。为了减少抗凝冰剂对沥青混合料级配造成的影响,采用替代集料和直接外掺两种方式进行配合比设计,通过试验综合对比混合料的级配波动、空隙率变化、路用性能及抗凝冰效果。结果表明,以直接外掺方式进行配合比设计的抗凝冰沥青混合料各方面性能良好,适用于宁夏地区。
The application of active anti-icing technology has played a good role in preventing snow and ice disasters on the pavement in winter. As one of the main forms of active anti-icing additives, salt storage aggregate anti-icing agent has a fluctuating impact on asphalt mixture gradation due to its large particle size. The grading of red sandstone commonly used for high-grade highways in Ningxia is too coarse, which will be more affected. In order to reduce the impact of anti-icing agent on the asphalt mixture gradation, two forms of mixture design are adopted, namely, replacement aggregate and direct addition. The gradation fluctuation, void ratio change, road performance and anti-icingeffect of the mixture are comprehensively compared and analyzed through tests. The results show that the anti-icing asphalt mixture in the form of direct addition has good performance in all aspects and is suitable for Ningxia.
