摘要
为了探索废旧橡胶轮胎回收再利用的新途径,文章研究了橡胶颗粒沥青混合料(CRMAM)的级配组成及拌和、成型方法,并通过车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验等分析了CRMAM的高低温性能和抗水损害性能等基本路用性能。室内模拟试验研究和实体工程观测结果表明,橡胶颗粒沥青路面具有良好的路用性能,而且,其在除冰雪性能和抗滑性能方面优势明显。
To explore the new method of reclaiming waste tire,the method of incorporating waste tire crumb rubber into the mixture and the method of compacting the mixture were studied.And then the properties at high and low temperatures and anti-stripping property were analyzed through Track Test and Bend Test and Freeze-thaw Split Test.The feasibility of applying waste tire crumb rubber into hot-mixed asphalt mixture as aggregates was studied.The result shows that it is feasible to apply waste tire crumb rubber into asphalt mixture.The results indicated the performance of CRMAP was very well,especially its anti-ice-snow and skid-resisting performance.
