摘要
高速公路桥梁远离地面,没有地热,遇低温时容易出现桥面结冰的现象从而影响行车安全。将智能材料引入到高速公路桥梁上面层的制备中,可以极大地提高桥面结构对于极端冰雪条件的反应及自适应能力等,有效确保道路交通的运输效率及安全性。介绍了一种路面外掺防冻材料,将该外掺材料掺入路面上面层沥青混合料当中,能有效的降低路面冰点,起到冰雪条件下桥面抗滑防冻的效果。针对湖南地区的气候特点,通过一系列的室内试验验证了该技术的适用性,并成功的应用于实际工程当中。
Highway bridges away from the ground,there is no geothermal,the bridge deck easily be freezing in case of the low temperature which affects driving safety. The introduction of smart materials in preparation to layer above the highway bridge,for extreme winter conditions can greatly improve the deck structure and adaptive capacity to respond,effectively ensuring that transport efficiency and safety of road traffic. Paper describes a pavement material mixed with antifreeze,mixed with material mix in the asphalt mixture pavement layer above,can effectively reduce the road surface freezing point,and keep the bridge surface not slip under the snow and ice conditions. Based on climatic characteristics of the region,Hunan province,we through a series of laboratory tests to verify the applicability of the technique.
