摘要
目的探讨醒脾养儿颗粒联合维生素D治疗鼻腔冲洗术后儿童睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2022年1月收治的60例鼻腔冲洗术后睡眠障碍患儿,随机分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组采用维生素D治疗,研究组采用醒脾养儿颗粒联合维生素D治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的25(OH)D3均上升,临床症状评分、CSHQ评分均下降(P<0.05);研究组的25(OH)D3高于对照组,临床症状评分、CSHQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合维生素D治疗鼻腔冲洗术后儿童睡眠障碍,能有效提升临床疗效,改善患儿临床症状及睡眠障碍,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingpi Yanger Granules combined with vitamin D on children with sleep disorder after nasal irrigation.Methods 60 children with sleep disorder after nasal irrigation in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin D,and the study group was treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules combined with vitamin D.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the 25(OH)D3 in both groups increased,and the clinical symptom scores and CSHQ scores decreased(P<0.05);The 25(OH)D3 of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the clinical symptom score and CSHQ score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingpi Yanger Granules combined with vitamin D in the treatment of children with sleep disorder after nasal irrigation can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and sleep disorder,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
