摘要
从原理上分析了机械压力机普遍存在的打滑现象,指出了问题产生的原因,并提出了一种压力机制动器离合器设计计算方法,能简单有效地计算出制动器离合器各项性能参数。对于机械压力机设计过程中,制动器离合器的设计及选型具有重要参考意义。
The common slip phenomenon of mechanical press has been analyzed in principle in the text,while the causes of the problem have been pointed out,and a design calculation method for brake clutch of pressure mechanism has been proposed,which can simply and effectively calculate various performance parameters of brake clutch.It provides important reference significance for the design and selection of brake clutch in the design process of mechanical press.
