摘要
本文介绍了扬力集团生产制造的YLC系列液压闸式剪板机结构特点,该系列设备具有三点式导轨结构、刀架直线设计、剪切角液压调整、刀片刃口四面调换等特点。配以德国ELGO公司的P4011-003控制系统,既可实现后挡料位置自动定位,又能实时显示剪切角。采用先进的插装阀系统,阐述了液压系统的动作原理,并将蓄能器作为辅助能源提供刀架回程动力,高效又节能。设计了新颖的气缸驱动楔块结构,弥补在送料时与压紧剪切时板料与下刀片之间的高度差,减少了板料剪切变形和位移。
The structural characteristics of YLC series hydraulic guillotine shear has been introduced in the text.This series of equipment has the characteristics of three-point guide rail structure,tool holder linear design,hydraulic adjustment of the cutting angle,and four-sided replacement of the blade edge.Equipped with the P4011-003 control system of German ELGO company,it can realize the automatic positioning of the back gauge position and real-time display of the cutting angle.The advanced cartridge valve system has been used,while the operating principle of the hydraulic system has been elaborated,and the accumulator has been used as an auxiliary energy source to provide the tool post return power,which is efficient and energy-saving.A novel air cylinder driven wedge structure has been designed to make up for the height difference between the sheet and the lower blade during feeding and pressing and shearing,which reduces the shear deformation and displacement of the sheet.
