摘要
详细阐述了一种专用于扭轴折弯机的数控系统,此系统具有高性能、高可靠性、便于操作等特点,设有丰富的外围接口,通过CAN总线与伺服运动控制进行联系,使的控制精度更高,机床运行更平稳。使用“误差跟踪”法进行试折,确保不同材质、不同批次板料的折弯角度满足要求。随着国家标准GB28243-2012《液压板料折弯机安全技术要求》的实施,对折弯机安全控制的设计准则有了更加明确的要求。
The special CNC system dedicated to torsion bending machine has been elaborated in details. This system has the characteristics of high performance, high reliability and easy operation. It has a rich peripheral interface and communicates with servo motion control through CAN bus. The control accuracy is higher and the machine runs more smoothly. The “error tracking” method has been used to try to ensure that the bending angles of different materials and different batches meet the requirements. With the implementation of the national standard GB28243-2012 “Safety Technical Requirements for Hydraulic Sheet Bending Machine”, there are more specific requirements for the design criteria for the safety control of bending machine.
