摘要
由于医务人员数量众多,绩效评价数据量庞大,以往评价系统的数据处理与分析能力稍显不足。针对上述问题,设计一种基于遗传算法的医务人员绩效评价系统。该系统借鉴J2EE架构设计系统框架,包括数据库服务层、J2EE服务器层以及客户机层。系统硬件通过增设分布式存储光盘库实现缓解数据存储,89C51处理器实现大数据处理。软件部分引入遗传算法设计医务人员绩效评价程序。结果表明黑盒测试系统功能实现,白盒测试系统吞吐量和响应延迟性达到预期目标。
Due to the large number of hospital medical staff and the large amount of performance evaluation data, the data processing and analysis ability of the previous evaluation system is slightly insufficient. In order to solve the above problems, a hospital medical staff performance evaluation system based on genetic algorithm is designed. The system draws lessons from J2EE architecture to design the system framework, including database service layer, J2EE server layer and client layer. The hardware of the system alleviates the data storage by adding the distributed storage CD library, and the 89C51 processor realizes the processing of big data.In the software part, genetic algorithm is introduced to design the performance evaluation program of hospital medical staff. The results show that the black-box test: the function of the designed system is realized;the white-box test: the throughput and response delay of the designed system achieve the desired goal.
