摘要
随着煤矿开采深度的不断加深,采场工作面应力变化影响越来越大,为保证矿山生产安全,需对工作面支架压力进行实时监测与分析。以某矿八采区某工作面为例,引进YHY60L矿用本安型蓝牙压力计新型监测技术对该工作面支架工作阻力进行连续监测,数据化分析支架受力实时变化情况、支架接顶初撑力及工作面来压规律。研究数据表明,工作面整面初撑力合格率23.46%,整面工作面阻力合格率116.76%,工作面顶板压力呈弧线分布,且平均周期来压步距为24.3 m。该新型监测技术性能稳定,数据采集方便,采用无线通信传输速率更快,对采场异常来压能够进行准确监测预警,为工作面安全生产和后续工作面布置提供了基础。
With the deepening of coal mining depth, the stress change of stope working face has an increasing impact.In order to ensure mine production safety, it is necessary to monitor and analyze the support pressure of working face in real time.In this paper, YHY60L mining intrinsically safe Bluetooth pressure gauge new monitoring technology will be introduced to continuously monitor the working resistance of the support in a working face in the eighth mining area of a coal mine.Data analysis is used to analyze the real-time change of support force, the initial support force of support jacking and the pressure law of working face.The research data show that the qualified rate of the whole face initial support force is 23.46%,and the qualified rate of the whole face resistance is 116.76%.The roof pressure of the working face is distributed in an arc, and the average periodic pressure step is 24.3 m.Through the new monitoring technology, the abnormal pressure in the stope is monitored and warned, which provides the basis for the safe production of the working face and the layout of the subsequent working face.Because of its stable performance, convenient data acquisition and wireless communication transmission, it will be widely used in the future.
