摘要
党的二十大报告将推进健康中国建设放在优先发展的战略位置,加快培养大批实用型医学人才,满足人民群众对更高水平健康卫生的需要,是建设“健康中国”的重要支撑和保障。但当前医学类研究生培养模式下,医学研究生在科研素养、创新能力和实践能力等方面的培养仍存在不足。文章从坚持政治方向与价值导向、优化培养方式以及坚持培养质量导向的研究角度进行探讨,针对性提出优化研究生培养的改进措施,为医学类研究生培养质量提升提供参考和借鉴。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China gives strategic priority to promoting the building of a healthy China. Speeding up the training of a large number of practical medical talents to meet the people’s needs for better health services is an important support and guarantee for constructing a healthy China. However, there are still deficiencies in the cultivation in terms of research literacy, innovation and practical ability under the current training model of medical postgraduate students. The paper discusses from the research perspectives of adhering to political and value orientation, optimizing cultivation methods and insisting on cultivation quality, and puts forward targeted improvement approaches for optimizing postgraduate cultivation, so as to provide reference for its quality improvement.
