摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术,探究在中医药理论体系中治疗慢性鼻炎的处方用药规律,从而可以为慢性鼻炎在临床治疗的遣方用药方面提供一定的理论依据。方法:中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanfangData)和维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)将被全面检索作为数据文献来源,检索时间区间为建库至2020年6月,收集中医药治疗慢性鼻炎的方药文献,对文献处方运用Microsoft Excel 2013进行数据统计,建立处方数据库,进行数据分析计算则应用SPSS 17.0与SPSS Modeler 14.1,找出其核心药物、方组,挖掘中医慢性鼻炎处方用药规律。结果:共筛选出相关处方570条;药物使用频次最多的是辛夷,其次为苍耳子,之后为白芷;药性以温性药物使用最多,其后依次为微寒、平;药味以辛味最为常用,其次味苦、甘;归经以手太阴肺经为最;药物归类以解表药使用最多,清热药次之,其次为补虚药等其他药物;聚类分析大致可得到8个有效聚类群集,关联规则分析共发现597条规则,其中发现的强关联药物组有:苍耳子→辛夷、白芷+辛夷→苍耳子、甘草+苍耳子+辛夷→白芷等。结论:通过数据挖掘技术发现中医治疗慢性鼻炎方药的应用存在一定的规律,临床用药较为广泛,以辛夷、苍耳子、白芷等为核心药物,辛温解表法为治疗慢性鼻炎的基本治法,兼以甘温扶正,核心关联组合与聚类集群可直接配伍组成相关方药处方,为临床应用提供参考和指导。
Objective: To explore the prescription rules of chronic rhinitis in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining technology, so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for the prescription medication of chronic rhinitis in clinical treatment. Methods: The Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI), Wanfang Data and VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database(VIP) will be comprehensively searched as data sources. The retrieval time period is from the establishment of the database to June 2020, and the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic rhinitis will be collected.Microsoft Excel 2013 was used for data statistics and prescription database was established. SPSS 17.0 and SPSS Modeler 14.1 were used for data analysis and calculation to find out the core drugs and prescription groups, and explore the prescription medication rules of chronic rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine. Results: A total of 570 prescriptions were screened out. The most frequently used drug was magnolia, followed by xanthium sibiricum, followed by angelica dahurica;warm drugs were used most frequently, followed by slightly cold and mild drugs;the most commonly used medicine was bitter, followed by bitter and sweet;the lung meridian of hand taiyin was the most important meridian tropism;the most commonly used drugs were surface relieving drugs, followed by antipyretic drugs,followed by tonic drugs and other drugs;cluster analysis can roughly get 8 effective cluster, and association rule analysis found 597rules, among which the strong association drug groups found are: Xanthium sibiricum → magnolia, Angelica dahurica+magnolia →Xanthium sibiricum, licorice+Xanthium sibiricum+magnolia → Angelica dahurica, etc. Conclusion: Through data mining technology, it is found that there are certain rules in the application of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for chronic rhinitis.
