摘要
目的系统评价中药蜡疗治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法全面检索中国知网、万方、维普、CBM、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库中发表的中药蜡疗治疗类风湿关节炎的临床随机对照试验,时间设定为建库至2022年3月,采用Rev Man 5.3软件对纳入文献的质量和数据进行评价和提取。结果最终纳入11篇文献,共1127例患者。meta分析结果显示,治疗组在总有效率[OR=3.42,95%CI(2.19,5.33),P<0.00001]、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分[SMD=-1.10,95%CI(-1.89,-0.32),P=0.006]、疾病活动度(DAS28)[MD=-0.71,95%CI(-1.22,-0.21),P=0.006]、红细胞沉降率(ESR)[MD=-10.29,95%CI(-14.80,-5.77),P<0.00001]、C反应蛋白(CRP)[MD=-6.91,95%CI(-9.75,-4.07),P<0.00001]方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论中药蜡疗治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著,但纳入的文献质量偏低,因此未来需要更多高质量、大样本的临床试验加以论证。
Objective To systematically assess the efficacy of Chinese medicine wax therapy in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Searched the databases of CNKI,WanFang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science for clinical randomized controlled trials of Chinese medicine wax therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.The retrieval date was from the building of databases to March 2022 and used RevMan 5.3software to review and analyze the eligible articles.Results A total of 11 articles were included,including 1127 patients.The results showed that the treatment group in total effective rate(OR=3.42,95%CI[2.19,5.33],P<0.00001),pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score(SMD=-1.10,95%CI[-1.89,-0.32],P=0.006),disease activity score 28(MD=-0.71,95%CI[-1.22,-0.21],P=0.006),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)(MD=-10.29,95%CI[-14.80,-5.77],P<0.00001),C-reactive protein(CRP)(MD=-6.91,95%CI[-9.75,-4.07],P<0.00001)were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The Chinese medicine wax therapy is effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis.However,the quality of included literatures are low,more high-quality,large-sample clinical trials are needed to demonstrate in the future.
