摘要
目的:观察新吾针联合鼻三针治疗慢性鼻炎(气滞血瘀型)的临床疗效。方法:选取门诊患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予常规西药治疗,对照组在此基础上加用新吾针联合鼻三针(迎香、鼻通、印堂)治疗,隔日治疗1次,治疗7次为1个疗程,2组均以7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察患者症状改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为76.66%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新吾针联合鼻三针对慢性鼻炎(气滞血瘀型)有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xinwu needle combined with nasal three needless on chronic rhinitis of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty outpatients were selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 30cases.The treatment group was treated with routine western medicine.On the basis,the control group was treated with Xinwu needle combined with three nasal needless,they are Yingxiang point,Bitong point,Yintang point.The patients were treated once every other day and seven times as a course of treatment.The two groups were treated with seven days asacourseoftreatment.
