摘要
介绍了一种装有LRM模块的双层综合化机架。详细阐述了该机架的结构设计,热设计,力学适应性设计、三防设计以及降噪设计。通过计算以及仿真校核,该机架的热设计以及力学适应设计满足设备平台的要求,通过结构形式、材料选择、工艺设计以及表面处理等方式使机架满足平台的三防要求,通过采取风机调速的方式,降低了设备的噪声。
This paper introduces a double-layer integrated rack with LRM module.The structural design,thermal design, mechanical adaptability design, three prevention design and noise reduction design of the frame are described in detail.Through calculation and simulation verification,the thermal design and mechanical adaptation design of the rack meet the requirements of the equipment platform.Through the structural form, material selection, process design and surface treatment, the rack meets the three prevention requirements of the platform, and the noise of the equipment is reduced by adopting the way of fan speed regulation small.
