摘要 结合化工工艺与化工设备之间的关系,基于技术层面对化工工业生产过程进行研究和分析,从化工工艺和化工设备的应用特点出发,对化工工艺和化工设备适应性设计的意义进行了阐述,并介绍了设计中需要遵循的绿色、安全和耐用性三大基本原则和一些设计策略。借助对化工工艺和化工设备适应性设计的研究,对化工工艺在应用过程中的问题与不足进行总结,从而达到优化化工工艺的效果,促进化工朝着节能化、环保化以及绿色化的方向发展。 Combining the relationship between chemical process and chemical equipment, based on the research and analysis of chemical industry production process based on technical level, starting from the application characteristics of chemical process and chemical equipment, the significance of adaptive design of chemical process and chemical equipment is carried out. It expounds and introduces the three basic principles of green, safety and durability and some design strategies that need to be followed in the design. It is hoped that the research on the adaptive design of chemical processes and chemical equipment can help to summarize the problems and deficiencies in the application process of the chemical industry, so as to achieve the effect of optimizing chemical processes,and promote the chemical industry towards energy saving, environmental protection and greening. direction of development.
