摘要
针对现役火箭型号电子设备数量多、体积大、连接复杂、通用性差等问题,开展了基于VITA标准的通用化、集成化电子设备结构设计,实现标准化模块的快速插拔,同时具有良好的抗振、抗冲击性、电磁兼容性和热适应性,满足后续新研火箭综合射频、综合电子产品功能集成、选配扩展、快速更换等需求,适应未来小型快速响应运载平台,也可为其他应用平台电气系统一体化设计提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of active rocket-borne electronic equipments such as numerous types,large volume,complex connection,and poor universality,the structure design for universal integrated electronic equipments based on VITA standards is carried. It is shown that the standardized modules with the designed structure can realize quick plug-in. Besides,the structure has good vibration resistance,shock resistance,electromagnetic compatibility,and heat dissipation,and can meet the requirements of integrated radio frequency or electronic products for new type rockets such as function integration,configuration,and rapid replacement. It adapts to the future small rapid response rocket platform,and can provide reference for the integrated electronic system structure design of other application platforms.
