摘要
教学过程是教师和学生在心灵和行为上互动的过程。根据学生的心态及时调整教学手段、教学方法、教学进度,可大大提高教学效果,可最大限度地消除部分学生因对教师教学过程不满意而产生的对抗情绪,使教学过程进行得更加顺利。笔者提出了学生心态分析方法及其在教学过程中的应用方法,从而探索提高教学效率和效果的方法。
Teaching is a process of interaction between teachers and students in mind and behavior. Therefore,it is significant to understand and master students’ mentality in time in the teaching process. Teachers should timely adjust teaching means,teaching methods and teaching progress according to students’ mentality,which can greatly improve the teaching effect. It can eliminate the antagonism of some students because they are not satisfied with the teaching process and make the teaching process proceed more smoothly. The author puts forward the method of students’ mentality analysis and its application in teaching process to explore the method of improving teaching efficiency and effect.
