摘要
随着长三角一体化的快速发展,各城市间打通断头路的需求不断增加。梳理了长三角一体化过程中的政策背景、理论基础、实践基础,以及政府间为了打通省际断头路所形成的合作机制,总结了合作机制运行中的不足,并提出了推进合作机制的相关意见。
With the rapid development of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, the demand for opening up the dead end road of intercity is growing. The policy background, theoretical basis and practice basis in the integration of the Yangtze River Delta are sorted out. The cooperation mechanism formed by the governments to open up the interprovincial dead end highways is introduced. The shortcomings in the operation of the cooperation mechanism are summarized. The relevant suggestions on promoting the cooperation mechanism are put forward.
