摘要
府际协同治理基于府际关系与协同治理理论,致力于理顺政府间纵横关系,发挥整体系统治理效能,是有效解决区域问题、促进区域一体化发展的治理模式。以长江中游城市群为研究对象,梳理其府际协同治理实践成效,分析当前的现实困境并提出了相应的对策建议,以期为区域一体化进程中协同问题的解决提供参考。
Based on intergovernmental relationship and collaborative governance theory, intergovernmental collaborative governance is committed to straightening out the vertical and horizontal relationship among governments and giving full play to overall system governance. It is an effective governance mode to solve regional problems and promote regional integration. With the urban agglomeration in the midstream of Changjiang River as the research object, we summarized the achievements of intergovernmental collaborative governance practice, analyzed current difficulties, and put forward some suggestions in an expectation of offering reference for regional integration.
