摘要
文献资源建设是图书馆对文献资源进行有计划的积累和合理布局。当前,高职院校文献资源建设存在纸质文献和电子文献的需求变化大、经费投入不足、文献资源共享实力悬殊、专业人员紧缺等问题。为此,高职院校图书馆文献资源建设应科学合理调整纸质文献与电子文献的结构比例,加大文献资源建设经费投入力度,多渠道发展文献资源建设,提高专业人员业务素养。
The construction of literature resources is the library’s planned accumulation and reasonable distribution of literature resources. At present, there are some problems in the construction of literature resources in higher vocational colleges, such as large changes in the demand for paper literature and electronic literature, insufficient investment in funds, disparity in the strength of literature resources sharing and shortage of professionals. Therefore, in the construction of library literature resources in higher vocational colleges, the proportion of paper literature and electronic literature structure should be adjusted scientifically and reasonably, the investment of literature resources construction should be increased, the multi-channel development of literature resources construction should be improved, and the personnel’s professional quality should be improved.
