摘要 高职院校混合所有制办学有利于职业教育资源整合、学校稳定发展、促进学校办学体制改革.闽西职业技术学院与武汉厚溥集团合作共建软件工程学院探索二级院系混合所有制办学模式,形成其自有特色,即开展校企混合办学、完善内部治理结构、解决校企合作学生管理难的问题、建立“多元双向”考核评价体系、形成校企人才资源共享机制以及企业标准化的人才培养模式. The mixed ownership school-running mode in higher vocational colleges is beneficial to integrating vocational education resources,the stable development of schools and promoting the reform of school-running system.Minxi Vocational and Technical College and Wuhan Houpu Group jointly build School of Software Engineering to explore the mixed ownership mode of secondary schools and departments and form its own characteristics,namely,to carry out school-enterprise mixed education,improve the internal governance structure,solve the problems of student management in school-enterprise cooperation,establish a“multiple two-way”assessment system,form school-enterprise talent resource sharing mechanism and enterprise standardized talent training mode.
