摘要
校企合作由最初"围绕人力输出合作"的"1.0时代",发展到目前"校企互补"的"4.0时代",校企合作共建产学研基地已成为校企合作"4.0时代"的典型合作模式。通过介绍高职校企共建产学研基地理论基础和发展,指出高职校企共建产学研基地发展面临的问题和解决策略,再以北方黄金珠宝产学研基地建设为例证,进一步阐述建设好高职校企共建产学研基地的有效途径。
School-enterprise cooperation has developed to present "4.0 times of school-enterprise complementary" from the begin- ning "1.0 times of cooperation around output of human labor". School-enterprise common construction of production, teaching and research base is the typical cooperation mode under the school-enterprise cooperation 4.0 times. Through introducing the theoreti- cal basis and development of production, teaching and research base by higher vocational school-enterprise common construction, the development problem and solution strategy during the construction are pointed out. Finally, taking the construction of produc- tion, teaching and research base of North Gold Jewelry as an example, the paper further illustrates the effective approaches to build the higher vocational production, teaching and research base by school-enterprise common construction.
