摘要
为有效保护人民群众的财产安全,加大对电信网络诈骗犯罪的防治惩处力度,文章以电信网络诈骗现状及防治问题为研究对象,详细阐述了电信网络诈骗的基本情况,分析了电信网络诈骗治理中存在的突出问题及原因,并从完善法律规范、强化打击力度、加强宣传教育以及建立行业监管机制、构建电信网络诈骗犯罪治理的联动机制等五个方面提出针对性建议,为做好电信网络诈骗防治工作提供有益参考。
In order to effectively protect people's property safety and strengthen the prevention and punishment of telecom network fraud crimes,this paper took the current situation and prevention problems of telecom network frauds as the research object,elaborated the basic situation of telecom network frauds,analyzed the prominent problems existing in the governance of telecom network frauds and the causes,and put forward five specific suggestions as follows:to improve legal norms,to intensify fighting degree,to strengthen publicity and education,to establish industry supervision mechanism,and to construct governance linkage mechanism of telecommunications network fraud crimes,expecting to provide reference for the prevention and control of telecom network frauds.
