摘要
目的 :探讨汉族成年人慢性髓系白血病(CML)的环境危险因素。方法 :于2015年11月~2019年11月采用1∶1配对病例-对照研究,对244例CML患者(CML组)和244例体检健康人群(对照组)进行回顾性调查。调查受试者的一般情况、吸烟、职业性苯接触史、居住周围环境、家庭装修等,并用χ2检验和多因素非条件logistic回归分析所有资料。结果 :职业性苯接触史、居住地周围500米有化工厂、居住地环境靠近马路(≤50米)、家庭装修≤3个月即入住、居住地周围500米有高压电缆或发射台、吸烟者患CML的危险性较高,均有统计学意义。结论 :职业性苯接触史、居住地周围500米有化工厂、居住地环境靠近马路(≤50米)、家庭装修后≤3个月即入住、居住地周围500米有高压电缆或发射台、吸烟可能是汉族成人CML的环境危险因素。
Objective To investigate the environmental risk factors associated with chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) in Han adults. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted between November 2015 and November 2019 using a 1: 1 randomized paired case-control study of 244 adult patients with CML(CML group) and 244 physically examined healthy subjects(control group). General conditions including benzene exposure history and living environment were surveyed and collected using χ2test and unconditional logistic regression analysis. Results Among the associated risk factors, history of occupational benzene exposure, chemical plant 500 m around living area, living environment near road(≤50 m), home renovation≤3 months after moving in, living area 500 m around with high-voltage cables or transmitters, and cigarette smoking were statistically significant. Conclusion History of occupational benzene exposure, presence of a chemical plant 500 m around living area, living environment near road(≤50 m), occupancy≤3 months after home renovation, presence of high-voltage cables or transmitters 500m around the living area, and cigarette smoking were strongly associated with the development of CML in Han Chinese adults.
