摘要
目的:探讨旴江上补下泻针刺法联合中药治疗老年性耳聋患者的临床应用效果。方法:将60例肾精亏虚型老年性聋患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用银杏叶滴丸、甲钴胺片口服;观察组运用旴江上补下泻针刺疗法联合中药聪耳息鸣饮治疗。对比两组治疗前后的听力、血液流变学及血脂、临床疗效评价等指标。结果:观察组总有效率(88.33%)优于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:旴江上补下泻针刺法联合中药治疗老年性耳聋疗效显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture method of Xujiang “Upward Tonic and Downward Flow”combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of senile deafness. Methods 60 cases of senile deafness due to kidney essence deficiency were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group with Ginkgo Biloba Pills and Mecobalamin Tablets,the observation group was treated with Xujiang “Upward Tonic and Downward Flow”acupuncture combined with Conger Ximing Yin and.The hearing, hemorheology, blood lipid test and clinical efficacy evaluation were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group(88.33%) was better than that of control group(66.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xujiang “Upward Tonic and Downward Flow”acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating senile deafness.
