摘要
目的研究循少阳经脉远端取穴与耳周局部取穴针刺法相配合治疗实证耳鸣的疗效。方法将60例实证耳鸣患者随机分为远近配穴组、耳周局部组、远端取穴组,每组20例,比较三组的疗效。结果与结论远近配穴组愈显率明显优于耳周局部组和远端取穴组(P<0.05和P<0.01);远近配穴组复发率明显低于耳周局部组和远端取穴组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。远近配穴组治疗实证耳鸣疗效明显优于耳周局部组和远端取穴组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of distal point selection along the shaoyang meridian plus local point selection around the ear in treating excess fire tinnitus.Methods Sixty patients with excess fire tinnitus were randomly allocated to distal-proximal point combination,peri-auricular local point selection and distal point selection groups,20 cases each.The therapeutic effects were compared between the three groups.Results and conclusion The cure and marked efficacy rate was significantly higher in the distal-proximal point combination group than in the peri-auricular local point selection group and in the distal point selection group（P0.05 and P0.01）.The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the distal-proximal point combination group than in the peri-auricular local point selection group and in the distal point selection group（P0.05 and P0.01）.The therapeutic effect was significantly better in the distal-proximal point combination group than in the peri-auricular local point selection group and in the distal point selection group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
