摘要
目的 :观察和对比针刺与西药治疗血管性头痛的疗效。方法 :患者 178例按随机法分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组患者以远近配穴法 ,循经选穴施以针刺 ;对照组给以临床西医常规治疗。结果 :治疗组痊愈率 6 1 11% ,总有效率 86 5 1% ;对照组痊愈率 38 89% ,总有效率 70 83% ,两组治愈率及总有效率差异均存在显著性意义。结论 :针刺疗效优于西药 ,并具有起效快。
Purpose To observe and compare therapeutic effects of acupuncture and western medicine in treating vascular headache. Methods One hundred and seventy?eight cases were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group. According to sites of pain, acupuncture was applied to the patients in the treatment group with distal?proximal point association method and selecting acupoints along channels; and the patients in the control group received routinely clinical treatment of western medicine. Results The cured, effective and total effective rates in the treatment group were 61 11%, 25 4% and 86 51% and in the control group were 38 89%, 31 94% and 70 83%, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups in the cured and total effective rates. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture is better than that of western drug, and analgesic effect of acupuncture produces more quickly and lasts longer period.
