摘要
文章简述安胃汤在治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎方面的研究情况,从临床应用研究和实验研究两方面对安胃汤干预治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的相关文献进行概述。安胃汤具有改善胃黏膜炎症,促进胃粘膜修复,提高胃黏膜屏障保护作用,其临床疗效显著,副作用少,可以明显改善临床症状,防治癌变等多种作用。因此,安胃汤在治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎方面有着广阔的前景,值得临床推广和应用。
The article briefly describe the research on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in Anwei decoction,and summarize the relevant literature of the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis from both clinical application research and experimental research.Anwei decoction has a role of improving gastric mucosa inflammation,promoting gastric mucosa repair and improving the protection of gastric mucosa barrier.It has significant clinical effect and few side effects,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms and prevent and control cancer.Therefore,Anwei decoction has broad prospects in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
