摘要
目的观察安胃汤治疗胃溃疡的远期疗效。方法将86例胃溃疡患者随机分为中药组和西药组,每组43例,中药组口服安胃汤6周,西药组使用抗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)三联方案治疗6周;观察并比较两组近期临床疗效、1年后溃疡复发率、Hp根除率、中医证候疗效及不良反应。结果两组Hp根除率、近期临床疗效及治疗后1年复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组中医证候治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论安胃汤对胃溃疡有较好的近期及远期临床疗效。
Objective To observe the long-term efficacy of Anwei Decoction,a traditional Chinese prescription for obstacles in stomach by dampness and blood stasis,and syndrome of heat pathogens tangling with cold pathogens,in treating gastric ulcer.Methods Eighty-six patients with gastric ulcer were averagely randomized into traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treated group and western medicine treated group.Patients were administered orally with Anwei Decoction for six weeks in TCM treated group,and they were treated with anti helicobacter pylori（Hp） triple therapy protocol for six weeks in the western medicine treated group.The outcome indicators were observed and compared between the two groups,such as short-term efficacy,Hp eradication rates,ulcer recurrence rates 1 year after treatment,therapeutic effects of TCM syndrome,and adverse reactions.Results There were no significant differences in short-term efficacy,Hp eradication rates,and recurrent rates 1 year after treatment between the two groups.The cure rates of TCM syndrome were significantly higher in TCM treated group than those in western medicine treated group.Conclusion Anwei Decoction has positive short-term and long-term efficacy in treating gastric ulcer.
