摘要
为了研究智能化煤矿掘进工作面不安全行为影响因素并防控不安全行为,将影响因素按照人、机、环、管的特点分为个体、设备、环境、管理4个一级影响因素,在查阅文献和现场访谈的基础上,将每个一级影响因素又分为不同的二级影响因素。首先,采用问卷调查的方式对各个影响因素的影响程度大小进行了调研。然后,对一级影响因素采取了层次分析法进行分析,并对各个一级影响因素下的二级影响因素采取了熵权法进行了分析。综合所有二级影响因素,按影响程度大小排序,排在前10名的是:工作技能、工龄、求快心理、习惯性、粉尘、照明、自然灾害、疲劳程度、噪音、学历,均是个体影响和环境因素下的二级影响因素,综合排序结果表明个体影响因素和环境影响是主要影响因素。最后,结合智能化煤矿的特点和优势,针对这2个主要一级影响因素分别提出了防控措施。
In order to study the influencing factors of unsafe behavior in the excavation face of intelligent coal mine and prevent and control unsafe behaviors, this paper divided the influencing factors into four first-level: individual, equipment, environment and management according to the characteristics of people, machines, environment and management, and each first-level influencing factors are divided into different second-level influencing factors on the basis of literature review and on-site interviews.Firstly, the influence degree of each influencing factor was investigated by questionnaire survey.Then, the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to analyze the first-level influencing factors, and the entropy weight method is adopted to analyze the second-level influencing factors under each first-level influencing factors.Combining all the secondary influencing factors, sorted by the degree of impact, the top 10 are: work skills, working age, fast-seeking psychology, habit, dust, lighting, natural disasters, fatigue level, noise, and education.The above are the secondary influencing factors under individual influence and environmental factors.The comprehensive ranking results show that individual influence factors and environmental influence are the main influencing factors.Finally, combined with the characteristics and advantages of intelligent coal mine, the prevention and control measures are put forward respectively for the two primary influencing factors.
