摘要
人的不安全行为成为煤矿事故多发的主要原因。通过对人的不安全行为进行分析,提出改善或消除引发矿工不安全心理的因素,以达到消除或抑制不安全行为发生的目的。
Human unsafe behavior is the main cause of coal mine accidents. Based on the analysis of human unsafe behaviors,the psychological factors leading to miners' unsafe behavior were analyzed,and the countermeasures were proposed to eliminate or restrain the accidents caused by unsafe behaviors.
