摘要
为探究沟通满意度对煤矿矿工不安全行为的影响,以组织愿景、上行沟通、下行沟通、平行及非正式沟通、沟通氛围、媒介质量、个人反馈作为沟通满意度的变量,提出沟通满意度对矿工不安全行为的影响假设,基于SEM理论构建了沟通满意度与矿工不安全行为的关系模型。通过对239份有效问卷调查数据的统计分析,实证结果表明:沟通满意度与矿工的不安全行为呈显著负相关(-0.627);沟通满意度在上行沟通、平行及非正式沟通、沟通氛围、个人反馈4个维度上与不安全行为的相关关系显著,而其在组织愿景、下行沟通、媒介质量3个维度上与矿工不安全行为的相关关系不显著。该研究从新的视角对矿工不安全行为的影响因素进行了分析,有助于人的不安全行为管理体系的完善。
To explore the relationship between communication satisfaction and miners'unsafe behaviors,this paper focuses on organizational vision,upward communication,downlink communication parallel and informal communication,communication atmosphere,media quality and personal feedback as the variables of communication satisfaction,puts forward a hypothesis of the influence of communication satisfaction on miners'unsafe behavior,and constructs the model of communication satisfaction and miners'unsafe behavior based on SEM theory.Through the statistical analysis of239valid questionnaires,the empirical results show that the communication satisfaction is negatively related to miners'unsafe behavior(-0.627);the relationship of the4dimensions of upward communication,parallel and informal communication,communication atmosphere,personal feedback and unsafe behavior is significant;the relationship of organizational vision,downlink communication,media quality and miners'unsafe behavior is not significant.The study analyzes the influencing factors of miners'unsafe behavior from a new perspective,which is helpful to improve the management system of unsafe behavior.
