儿童中医体质量表研制的思考及建议 被引量:5

Essential Issues and Advices on Developing Scales of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution for Children

摘要 通过对近年来具有代表性的儿童中医体质量表研制相关研究进行总结和分析,认为儿童中医体质量表的研制中存在儿童中医体质分类及依据不统一、量表条目的设置欠清晰准确、量表测评的方式值得商榷、量表的性能评价有待加强四个方面的关键问题。结合对儿童中医体质量表的研究体会,提出以阴阳气血津液作为分类依据、以严格的预调查试验保证量表性能、以现场访谈模式开展量表测评、以四诊合参提高体质辨识的准确性四个方面的建议,以期为儿童中医体质辨识研究提供参考。 In recent years,great achievements have been made in the standardization of the classification and identification of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Body Constitution for Children,which has broken through the previous level limited to literature summary and expert experience. By analyzing the representative researches on the development of TCM constitution scales for children in recent years,four critical issues need to be dealt with regarding the non-uniform classification and connotation of TCM constitution of children,unclear and not accurate set of the scale items,inappropriate scale evaluation method,and inadequate performance evaluation. Suggestions have been put forward that to use yin,yang,qi,blood and body fluids as the classification basis,to ensure the performance function of the scale by strict pilot survey,to fill out the scale with onsite interview mode,and to improve the constitution-differentiation accuracy by comprehensive analysis of the four examinations,which can provide some reference for further studies on children’s TCM constitution.
