摘要 “会思考的手和能动手的脑”是新近出现的概念。它是职业教育应然的目标定位,是“手脑并用,双手万能”的新时代传承,是与工匠精神相吻合的类型教育的本质体现。“会思考的手”是有思考内在助益的操作技能,“能动手的脑”是基于动手的思维品质和能力的培养。就实现路径而言,前者强调融入真实场境的职技培养,遵从成长规律的进阶培养,基于足量训练的熟巧培养,创新教法变革的适切培养;后者要求培养学生动脑的思维能力,即培养学生与技术实践相结合的技术技能思维,与解决问题相结合的致用性思维,与技术更新迭代相结合的创新性思维。 "Thinking hands and hands-on brain" is a new concept. It is the proper goal orientation of vocational education, the inheritance of "hands and brain"in the new era, and the essence of type education that is consistent with the craftsman spirit. Its internal meaning is that "thinking hands" is an operating skill with internal help of thinking, and "hands-on brain" is based on the cultivation of hands-on thinking quality and ability. In terms of its implementation path, the former emphasizes vocational and technical training integrated into the real scene, advanced cultivation in accordance with the law of growth, cultivation of dexterity based on sufficient training, and the appropriate training for the innovation of teaching methods;the latter requires the cultivation of students’ thinking ability, that is, the cultivation of students’ technical skills thinking combined with technical practice, the practical thinking combined with problem solving, and the innovative thinking combined with technology updating and iteration.
