摘要
适应是事物调节、改变自身以与环境及其需要相顺应的过程、状态与结果,其本质是事物对于自身现状的超越,表现为事物更好地生存与发展。增强职业教育适应性就是强化职业教育主动响应社会和人以及自身高质量发展需要的特性与能力,以使其能够准确识变、科学应变,革故鼎新、自我超越,更好地实现存在的特殊价值与意义。新时代增强高等职业教育适应性,需要树立“超越中适应”的理念,“知几而动”,强化调研,统筹谋划;顺势而为,转变观念,准确定位;专业引领,对接产业链,打造学生成才高地;产出导向,能力为重,建构“自适应”模块化课程体系;产教融合,校企合作,构建协同育人体系;开放办学,广纳资源,拓展发展空间与路径。
Adaptation is the process,state and result in which things adjust and change themselves in accordance with the environment and its needs,the essence of which is the transcendence of things to their own current situation,manifested as the better survival and development of things.To enhance the adaptability of vocational education is to strengthen the characteristics and capability of vocational education to actively respond to the needs of society and people as well as their own high-quality development,so as to enable them to accurately understand changes,scientifically respond to changes,innovate and surpass themselves,and better realize the special value and significance of their existence and development.In order to enhance the adaptability of higher vocational education in the new era,it is necessary to establish the concept of"adaptation in transcendence",move with foresight and subtle signs of things changing and strengthen research and overall planning by taking advantage of the situation and changing ideas to fix position accurately,taking specialty as the guide and docking industrial chain to build a talents highland for students,building an adaptive modular curriculum system based on output and ability,integrating industry and education and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation to build a collaborative education system,running schools in an open way and absorbing resources widely to expand development space and path.
