摘要
为减少随钻处理时产生油基钻井废弃物固相,以及节省后处理成本,研制了一种真空吸附设备,该产品设计了吸附真空室、微振动装置及筛网清洗装置。利用真空吸附力与高频次的微振动,将排出的油基钻井废弃物固相中的含水、含油体积分数降低。现场试验结果表明:相比常规振动筛,该装备可以有效增加油基钻井液的利用率,避免过多的油基钻井液排到油基钻井液废弃物固相中,减少了油基钻井液废弃物固相污染量,并节省了二次环境保护后处理的成本。产品的研发为石油天然气开发减少油基钻井废弃物固相排放提供了技术支撑,并在今后的油基钻井液进一步随钻处理过程中,为应用于固控系统的第一级固液分离设备提供技术借鉴。
In order to reduce the oil-based solid drilling waste generated in the process of treatment while drilling and save the subsequent treatment cost,a vacuum adsorption equipment composed of adsorption vacuum chamber,micro-vibration device and screen cleaning device was developed.The vacuum adsorption and high-frequency micro-vibration reduce the water cut and oil cut of oil-based solid drilling waste.Field test results show that,compared with conventional shale shakers,this equipment effectively increases the utilization ratio of oil-based drilling fluid,avoids excessive oil-based drilling fluid from being discharged into the oil-based solid drilling waste,reduces the pollution of oil-based solid drilling waste and saves the subsequent treatment cost for secondary environmental protection.This vacuum adsorption equipment provides a technical support for the reduction of oil-based solid drilling waste in the oil and gas development,and also a technical reference for application in the first stage of solid-liquid separator in the solid control system in the process of oil-based drilling fluid treatment while drilling.
